Operations and Commercial Manager
This is a leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a museum or gallery, with a focus on commercial management.
* Manage budgets and financial reporting.
* Develop and lead strategies to drive revenue through venue hire and retail.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
* Support team members in delivering events that meet the museum's standards and mission.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasting.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Leading and managing a team of event coordinators and other staff.
Requirements:
* Strong background in operations, commercial management, or venue/events leadership.
* Excellent budgeting, financial management, and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
