Our services include general practice, nursing, allied health, dental, counselling and psychology, gambling support, alcohol and drug treatment, migrant and refugee services, social connection, carer support, and NDIS in partnership with NDIA.What you’ll be doing in this role?As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will support children under 6 with developmental delays or children under 9 with disabilities and their families. You will work within a diverse team of health and early childhood professionals, implementing the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to facilitate developmental progress and support family needs.Your responsibilities will include:Providing information and linkages to mainstream and community supportsFacilitating early connections and supportsAssisting families to access the NDIS and develop their NDIS plansSupporting plan implementation to meet individual needs and circumstancesWhat we’re looking for:Qualification in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, or Early Childhood Education/Teaching)AHPRA registration if applicableCurrent Working with Children Check or VIT RegistrationNDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)Ability to travel across service areasWhat’s in it for you?Monthly ADO (full-time staff)Optional Salary Packaging, including novated leasingDiscounted Private Health InsuranceTraining and Development (online and onsite)At Latrobe Community Health Service, we want to help you focus on what matters.
