Job Title: Business Analyst - Data-Driven Solutions
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to interpret, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
You will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that requirements align with the architectural vision and designated security technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing requirement specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that requirements incorporate data-centric security principles for secure information exchange. You will support UAT planning and execution to ensure that solutions meet requirements and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to interpret, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
* Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that requirements align with the architectural vision and designated security technologies
* Develop requirement specifications, process flows, and technical documentation
* Ensure that requirements incorporate data-centric security principles for secure information exchange

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments
* Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
* Experience writing and managing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Familiarity with security concepts, data classification, and networking fundamentals
* Proficiency with analysis and agile lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, DOORS)
