**About the Job**
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Group Training Organisation (GTO) Manager to join our growing GTO division. You will be responsible for the overall development, growth and operations of the Harness Apprenticeship and Traineeship division which includes our indigenous pathways programs. The GTO goals are to be delivered in alignment with the Harness Energy Company values.

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will not be limited to the following:
- Leading and developing the GTO team
- Actualising the national growth strategy in line with operational and compliance requirements
- Preparing Board reports
- Creating operational excellence through effective policies and procedures
- Business partnership with key stakeholders
- Employee relations management
- Recruitment and selection support for programs
- Liaison with Apprentices, Employers and Parents
- Liaise with specialised organisations to resolve complex issue effectively
- Recommend and negotiate quality improvement strategies
- Business Development in line with business growth
- Reviewing current clients for Opportunity's to host Apprentices and Trainees
**Skills and Experience**
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- 3+ year experience working for a GTO, ASSN, Job Service Provider or RTO
- Effective communications skills at all levels
- Highly developed interpersonal and EI skills
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to community development, philosophy and practice
- Proven experience in planning, initiating, developing and managing mentoring options
- Demonstrated negotiating, mediating and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
- Intrinsic Safety Mindset
