We are seeking a Quality and Safety Expert to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for aviation safety and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
As our Quality and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and safety policies, procedures and programs that meet or exceed industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct audits and inspections, and investigate quality and safety incidents.
In addition, you will develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain the highest levels of quality and safety.
Requirements:
* Meet or be prepared to meet CASA requirements for this role.
* Worked within a Quality and/or Safety Management system.
* An experienced aircraft maintenance engineer.
* Previous experience within a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation.
