This is an opportunity to assist with hardware and IT troubleshooting on a casual part-time assignment for an education based provider.
The Role
Please note, you must have a valid WWCC for this assignment which is an employer based WWCC (not voluntary).
You will be assisting users with hardware based troubleshooting and IT walk-up support over the course of multiple days helping with PC issues, troubleshooting hardware and audio devices.
Working hours will be vary between 8am-4pm.
Your Profile
You are a clear communicator, quick thinker, highly adaptable and you have a natural flair for solving problems. You enjoy the customer service requirements within IT and are a personable and approachable IT professional.
