Project Manager – Gorilla Construction

Proven Experience
• Minimum 5+ years in construction project management (residential & commercial).
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.

Software & Systems
• Hands-on experience with project management software (Buildertrend preferred, or similar: Procore, Aconex, MS Project).
• Confident using tech for scheduling, budgeting, communication, and reporting.

Safety Leadership
• Drive compliance with WHS standards and Australian construction regulations.
• Prepare and monitor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
• Conduct site inductions, oversee high-risk work activities, and lead by example to foster a strong safety culture.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage expectations to keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all external trade partners.

Leadership & Ownership
• Takes charge while remaining approachable and collaborative.
• Authoritative without ego.
• Strong people-management skills to lead subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
