Due to company growth, several exciting opportunities have become available to join their team as a Hospitality Services Team Leader.

**About the role**:
- Lead, mentor and develop hospitality staff to deliver quality kitchen, laundry and cleaning services within the aged care facility.
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all meals (complying with residents’ dietary requirements), as well as the coordination of cleaning and laundry services.
- Ensure all work practices meet HACCP requirements and other relevant standards, and complete associated documentation.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including responding to information received from Food Safety authorities.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or aged care sector.
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Certificate IV in Hospitality, or a relevant Certificate IV qualification.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality and Food Safety Standards.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and devices including Microsoft Office.
- Current C-Class driver’s licence.
