Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
* Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
* Oversee candidate assessment, interviews, selection processes, and offer management.
* Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience.
* Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics such as time-to-hire and quality of hire.
* Drive continuous improvement of recruitment policies, processes, and systems.


Human Resources Operations

* Manage all HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, HR policy administration, and compliance.
* Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, workplace conduct, and employment matters.
* Support remuneration reviews, performance evaluation processes, and employee development initiatives.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive organisational culture and employee engagement programs.
* Ensure HR practices comply with Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies.


Payroll Management

* Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of wages, superannuation, leave, and other entitlements.
* Ensure payroll compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, taxation requirements, and internal policies.
* Maintain payroll data integrity within HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring confidentiality and governance standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll enquiries and issues.
* Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes, controls, and reporting.


Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

* Build strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Provide accurate, timely people-related advice and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
* Ensure HR and recruitment practices align with corporate governance standards and organisational risk management frameworks.


Key Skills & Experience

* Extensive experience in senior recruitment or talent acquisition within a corporate environment.
* Proven experience across human resources operations, including full ownership of payroll management.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance.
* Excellent organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
