Overview
Are you looking for a long-term project? We need an experienced site manager to take control of a multi-residential project for a national company. The initial project is 16 townhouses on the Northside of Brisbane.
Responsibilities
* Day to day running of site
* Ensuring that the site is run to the highest level of safety
* Mentoring and managing site administrator
* Liaising with head office, ensuring that costs are controlled through good site management
* Reducing risk by ensuring that traffic management and pedestrian management plans are in place and adhered to, and all records are in place.
* Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected
Requirements
* Experience as site manager for multi-residential projects
* Excellent communication skills (remote to head office)
* QBCC Licence
