Project Coordination Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee various tasks, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate project activities and provide administrative support
* Manage inventory, coordinate quality controls, and prepare meeting papers
* Assist with preparing governance meeting materials and supporting meetings
* Utilize technology such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordination role
* Strong office administration background
* Previous experience working on complex projects
* Awareness of project management methodologies and processes
* Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in using MS Office and project management software
