We are seeking a passionate, skilled counselling Psychologist to join our growing Mandurah team. Key role responsibilities include:
* Individual counselling to support the mental wellbeing of employees of resource sector organisations;
* EAP services and mental health promotion;
* Support for leadership teams to assist them support their employees;
* Crisis intervention and support.
Qualification and requirements:
* Registered/endorsed psychologist, at least 5 years experience preferred but not essential;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Ability to work autonomously, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team;
* Experience and knowledge in gold standard evidence-based psychological treatment approaches;
* Experience working with couples and children desired;
* Bilingual professionals welcome to apply.
