We are seeking a passionate, skilled counselling Psychologist to join our growing Mandurah team. Key role responsibilities include:
- Individual counselling to support the mental wellbeing of employees of resource sector organisations;
- EAP services and mental health promotion;
- Support for leadership teams to assist them support their employees;
- Crisis intervention and support.
Qualification and requirements:
- Registered/endorsed psychologist, at least 5 years experience preferred but not essential;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team;
- Experience and knowledge in gold standard evidence-based psychological treatment approaches;
- Experience working with couples and children desired;
- Bilingual professionals welcome to apply.
