Sales and Operations Manager Marketing Specialist
About the Role
This strategic position combines sales administration, operational oversight, and marketing expertise to drive our order management processes, enhance supply chain efficiency, and amplify brand presence across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency. Strong analytical skills are essential to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and validating incoming orders to ensure specifications are met and prompt order acknowledgments are issued.
* Planning procurements and efficiently releasing orders to align with supply chain forecasts, ensuring optimal stock availability.
* Overseeing end-to-end sales invoicing and order processing workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Sales & Purchase Administration
Ensure seamless order management from receipt to delivery, focusing on:
* Careful review of all incoming orders to validate specifications and issue timely confirmations.
* Efficient planning of procurements and order releases to match supply chain projections.
* Strategic management of sales invoicing and order processing, adhering to company policies and client expectations.
Client Relationship Management
Built strong relationships with clients through collaborative sales efforts, partnering with the sales team to align order priorities, logistical strategies, and client needs for maximum impact.
Facilitate vendor onboarding, manage documentation, and provide timely updates to support clients throughout the sales process.
Negotiate logistics arrangements for equipment delivery and address operational concerns promptly.
Supply Chain Management
Oversight of logistics and import-export activities to ensure smooth material flow inwards and outwards.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for import and export clearance, adhering to regulatory standards and meeting delivery deadlines.
Marketing Management
Develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy for business development, encompassing:
* Brand promotion: Develop a plan to elevate brand visibility through various marketing channels.
* Market research: Collaborate with teams to refine target audience insights and inform campaign strategy.
* Marketing campaigns: Design and execute campaigns highlighting unique value propositions.
* Content creation: Oversee marketing content for digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency with the company's brand voice.
Skills & Qualifications
Core Competencies
Demonstrated expertise in administrative and operational functions, including process optimization, strategic reporting, and high-level communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with an agile approach to problem-solving in supply chain management and client support.
Demonstrated proficiency in inventory control, supply chain management, and logistics coordination.
Education and Experience Requirements
A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, operations, sales and procurement administration ideally in a technical B2B environment.
A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required.
