This company is a market-leading food service provider for the Australian hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
First point of contact for all incoming calls and enquiries
Maintain and develop professional relationships with all external suppliers/customers
Taking orders & processing invoices from suppliers and customers
Inbound cold calling & client follow ups
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service experience (within the food/manufacturing industry preferred)
Prior experience within a sales-driven role
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and administrative support
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic Sales knowledge
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
A friendly and proactive approach to the company that you are representing
