We are looking for a talented Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Developing your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing, and on-the-job experience.
* Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and promoting Trek's products.
* Learning about bikes, components, apparel, and technology to provide expert advice to customers.
* Participating in daily huddles and debriefs to stay informed about sales performance and customer feedback.
* Using the Guide Sales Process to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
* FOLLOWING THROUGH ON QUOTES AND LEAD LIST COMMUNICATIONS TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
* MAINTAINING TREK UNIVERSITY GUIDE STATUS BY COMPLETING TREK U MODULES TO FURTHER YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PROCEDURES.
* ASSISTING WITH TASKS SUCH AS:
o COMPLETING DAILY TASK LIST ASSIGNMENTS.
o MAINTAINING ALL ASPECTS OF STORE MERCHANDISING ACCORDING TO VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS.
o COMPLETING WEEKLY CYCLE COUNTS.
o ASSEMBLING OR PRE-ASSEMBLING NEW BICYCLES.
o PREPARING CUSTOMER BIKES FOR SERVICE BY SERVICE OR PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS.
