What's the role?
- Answer customer queries relating to new products, changes, suspension or cancellation of subscription services
- Talk with 'at risk' customers to work through their concerns or objections, and present the value in their current investment to retain their business
- Offer the best solutions available based on your understanding of your customer's needs to grow revenue
- Provide accurate information and quotations
- Work to KPIs and goals focused around our Customer Advocacy program and first call resolution
- Rotated across a 7 day schedule
