We're looking for people who are flexible to work a mixture ofday, afternoon and active overnight shifts— because great support happens around the clock.

What you'll do
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, food preparation, medication support, and mealtime routines.
Encourage independence and skill-building through person‐centred support and teaching moments (big and small).
Create opportunities for residents to connect with their community, explore interests, and engage in meaningful activities.
Work alongside team leaders and colleagues to implement Person‐Centred Plans (PCPs).
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support safe, quality and empowering care.
Complete admin tasks such as compliance reporting, client paperwork and incident documentation while following genU policies and WHS standards.
What you'll bring

You'll also need:
* Certificate III or IV in Disability or related qualification
* Current Victorian Driver Licence
* First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety & You")
* Working with Children Check (Employee)
