CHEF / COOK – ARTE ROOFTOP BAR
Arte Rooftop Bar is a Mediterranean-inspired venue focused on quality food, strong systems, and consistency. We're a fast-paced, standards-driven operation where preparation, execution, and teamwork matter.
We're looking for a reliable Chef or Cook who takes pride in their work, understands service flow, and can deliver consistent, well-presented dishes in a busy environment.
About the Role
* Prepare and execute menu items to Arte standards
* Work cleanly and efficiently during service
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
* Assist with prep, stock rotation, and general kitchen duties
* Work closely with FOH and management during service

* Previous experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchen
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to handle pressure during busy services
* Reliability and punctuality
