Leads and facilitates coordination of service within defined specialty.* Maintains responsibility for clinical excellence and patient experience within area of specialty, including development of clinical policies and procedures and monitoring and review of patient outcomes.* Acts as a clinical resource for all nursing, and where appropriate, other caregivers.* Liaises with Nurse Managers, Team Leaders, and the multidisciplinary care team to provide advice/support in the assessment and management of patients.* Contributes to identification and analysis of trends and issues as they affect clinical practice, undertakes investigations and implements practice changes as required.You will be a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse who is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
