CELOTTI Workforce is currently seeking experienced Final Grader & Excavator Operators for an immediate start on a major TMR road construction project located near Dingo, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable civil contractor delivering critical infrastructure works in the Central Queensland region. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating final trim graders to a high standard, a strong understanding of GPS machine control systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Operate final trim graders and excavators safely and efficiently Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications Utilise GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate results Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy Our Ideal candidate: Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work Strong attention to detail and safety focus Relevant tickets and licenses - RII Grader & Excavator Construction white/ blue card Valid Drivers License Ability to work effectively within a team and independently What We Can Offer You: $60 - 65/hour flat rate 10.5 - 11 hrs/day DIDO or FIFO options available Accommodation Meals provided Weekly pay PPE Uniforms Ongoing support from Celotti Workforce How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Civil Construction, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to alanna@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
