HSEQ Administrator – Commercial Fit Out Construction
Location: St Leonards (Office-based)
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $100,000 package (inclusive of super)

A well-established commercial construction and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across the business.
This is an office-based role suited to a detail-oriented HSEQ professional who enjoys systems, documentation, and supporting project teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
About the Role
* Provide administrative support to the HSEQ function across multiple fit-out projects
* Maintain and manage HSEQ documentation, registers, and records
* Assist with subcontractor prequalification, inductions, and compliance tracking
* Support preparation and review of SWMS, risk assessments, and management plans
* Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective action close-outs
* Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and data entry
* Support tender submissions and project mobilisation documentation
* Maintain HSEQ systems aligned to WHS legislation and ISO standards
You must have
* Previous experience in an HSEQ Administrator, WHS Coordinator, or similar role
* Background in construction or commercial fit-out highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and document control skills
* Confident using systems such as SharePoint, Hammertech, or similar platforms
* Good understanding of Australian WHS requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* WHS qualifications (Cert IV or equivalent) desirable
