Job Overview

The Office Services Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional office services and facilities management for our Sydney, Newcastle, and Griffith offices.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic leadership to maintain optimal building presentation.
* Ensure seamless operation of building plant and equipment across all offices.
* Oversee procurement activities from external suppliers, guaranteeing technical, risk, and statutory requirements are met.
* Manage office services and catering supplies inventory, including preferred supplier lists.
* Assist with coordinating internal events and meetings, including room allocation, IT equipment setup, catering, and team resourcing.
* Oversee maintenance of office information, including contact books, headcount reports, office maps, organizational structures, nameplates, and other documents or equipment as required.
* Supervise and develop working relationships with service centre and concierge teams, maintaining a collaborative environment and enhancing overall service delivery standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven professional services experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient computer literacy skills, including software knowledge.
* Ability to develop effective working partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Must exhibit discretion and confidentiality.
* Proactive and able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
* Able to resolve conflicts and disagreements in a professional manner while maintaining effective relationships.
* Able to complete projects within agreed timeframes and budgeted costs.
