As a Senior Associate within our Learning Design and Experience team, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating and delivering engaging learning events that empower growth across the organisation. Together, we’re building trust and shaping the future. What you’ll do: Coordinate and deliver learning events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats in partnership with the Manager, Events. Manage logistics end-to-end: venue bookings, room configuration, catering, AV setup, supplier communications, and pack-down. Provide on-site and virtual support during events; monitor platforms and troubleshoot issues in real time. Act as a point of contact for facilitators and participants; ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Liaise with vendors and internal teams to confirm event details, requirements, and schedules. Maintain accurate records of event logistics, participant data, and scheduling; keep calendars and coordination tools up to date. Schedule facilitators, venues, and resources; coordinate timely updates and changes. Collect feedback and contribute to post-event reviews; support innovation in tools and processes to enhance future events. Ability to work across multiple events simultaneously with demonstrated organisational skills. What we’re looking for: Experience providing administrative and coordination support for events, including venue bookings, catering, AV setup, and supplier communications. Experience assisting with logistics and support for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Familiarity with maintaining accurate records of event logistics, participant data, and schedules. Exposure to feedback collection and participation in post-event reviews. Experience liaising with vendors and internal teams to confirm event details and requirements. Experience with calendar management and coordinating facilitators, venues, and resources. High level of attention to detail. Prior experience in event support or a related field is preferred. Relevant qualification/s in Events or Project Management is advantageous.
