Achieve Something Great
Play a key role in the District by leading education within the administration portfolio, helping to build capability and support high‑quality administrative practice across the organisation. In this role, you will serve as the lead trainer for the Certificate III in Health Administration, delivering engaging and effective learning that supports the development of emerging administrative professionals. As part of the Education & Organisational Development team within People & Culture, you’ll contribute to a collaborative, people‑focused environment committed to strengthening our workforce and supporting continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently market and engage adult learners, inspiring them to take ownership of their learning and development. They hold a current TAE qualification and are skilled in delivering the Certificate III in Health Administration with professionalism and enthusiasm. With the flexibility to travel across the District, they bring strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for supporting learner success in diverse settings.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
* Holds full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse. Has a post graduate qualification relevant to the education portfolio. Has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or its successor (or TAE40110 plus the TAEASS502 and TAELLN411 units).

* How do you ensure that your training packages are kept up to date and contextualised to the organisation?
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
