Senior Events Coordinator Role
This pivotal role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events from luxury weddings to large-scale conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event coordination and delivery across the island.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
* Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
* Gather event-specific information and prepare run sheets, itineraries, and reports.
* Coordinate venue and supplier bookings.
* Lead pre- and post-event briefings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* QLD Drivers Licence (Essential)
* QLD Restricted Drivers Authority (Essential)
* QLD RSA (Essential)
* Strong experience in hospitality and event coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High-level organisational and time management abilities.
