Job Opportunity:

The role requires a tertiary qualification in mining, oil & gas, or construction-related discipline, as well as extensive supervisory experience in major resource or oil & gas environments. Proven leadership skills, including decision-making and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the extraction operations team
* Ensure efficient recovery of the ore body and compliance with ore delivery specifications
* Supervise contractor and personnel management across mining, construction, or oil & gas operations
* Apply expertise in underground mining extraction and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations to optimise performance
