Your Role at HEH Civil
As a Project Manager, you'll take charge of multiple civil infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. You'll oversee planning, budgets, compliance, and teamwork to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing projects from design through construction and maintenance.
* Leading and mentoring teams to achieve project success.
* Coordinating resources, contractors, and suppliers.
* Keeping projects on track—on time and within budget.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
What You Bring To The Team
* Experience in civil construction (urban development, roads, bridges, drainage, water/sewer, bulk earthworks, etc.).
* Proven project management experience with Tier 1 clients and TMR projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.
* A Diploma in Project Management
* A Degree in Civil Engineering.
* A valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence.
* Willingness to travel for projects (with expenses covered).
