You will support team development, implement strategies to maximize sales and performance, and bring our store vision to life through operational excellence and service leadership, all while demonstrating Early Settler Values.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract Role for Parental Leave Cover.Key Responsibilities:Partner with Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective merchandise sellingAssist customers in realizing their home vision with styling solutions and recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling based on customer needsCoach and guide the retail team to meet targets and deliver exceptional serviceSupport daily store operations, including rostering, financial management, administrative tasks, recruiting, and onboardingDevelop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer service targetsWho are we looking for?With a strong retail background, commercial acumen, and passion for customer service, you thrive in a team environment and know how to bring out the best in people.
