Agile Coach Role
We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach to facilitate the delivery of projects on schedule and to the desired level of quality.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Collaborate with product development teams and customer product owners to ensure work progress.
* Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team's progress.
* Communicate project development status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
2. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
3. Analyze data to track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products on time.
4. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.
What You'll Bring
* Certification in Agile methodologies or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
