How will I help?

As the Line 2 Risk Manager for Strategy & Product, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving a holistic approach to risk management within BT Platforms. Your expertise will guide the implementation of robust risk frameworks that effectively balance risk and reward, ensuring alignment with both business goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities will include

• Implement and refine risk management frameworks to support business strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance risk management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across BTFG and Westpac Group to facilitate timely and effective risk management.
• Drive a high-performance culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What do I need?

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, with expertise in wealth management risk and compliance.
• Understanding of business and risk strategy, wealth product development, and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, decision‐making, and incident management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
