About the Role
* We're seeking an experienced Functional Analyst & Application Administrator who brings proven expertise in configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite, with a strong focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
* This is a hands-on role for a professional who will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate user requirements into scalable CRM configurations, manage data quality, and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Configuration and Administration: Configure, administer, and support Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
2. Data Quality and Reporting: Support data quality initiatives, reporting, and analysis across large datasets
3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions
4. Troubleshooting and Enhancement: Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the existing CRM ecosystem
5. Mentorship and Development: Mentor and support junior team members
6. Delivery and Performance: Ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
* A strong background in CRM application configuration, administration, and support
* Deep expertise with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
* Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) is a plus
* Proficient in data analysis, data quality management, and reporting
* Demonstrated ability to work in integrated, complex technical environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines
* Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced staff
