We Are Looking for a new Team Leader Painter
Are you passionate about painting and leading a team to success? Jay Duggin Painting is on the lookout for a dynamic Team Leader Painter who can inspire creativity and drive excellence across our varied projects. Your role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued success.
* Lead and motivate a team of skilled painters. Team size between 2-5 painters.
* Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
* Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of painting projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand and fulfill project requirements.
* Keep our worksites safe and ensure the team is on top of our painting gear and supplies
* Build and nurture great relationships with clients, builders, and other partners external to the business
* Give regular job updates to the Manager, clients and the team
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services, upholding our reputation as industry leaders.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in painting with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
* A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Committed to quality, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of your work.
* A true team player, always ready to bring their A-game
* An honest and reliable person, always there when it counts, keeping it real and dependable for the whole team
Requirements:
* Possession of a White Card
* Valid driver's license
* Police Clearance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
