About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Physiotherapist to take on a specialised neurological therapy role within our client's growing rehabilitation clinic in Central Sydney. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver goal-focused therapy using advanced neuro-controlled exoskeleton technology. You will collaborate closely with clients, their families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to optimise outcomes across in-centre, in-home, and telehealth settings. You'll thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you will lead and work with the team to maintain high clinic occupancy and device utilisation, contribute to outcome measurement and research initiatives, and actively respond to client enquiries—including scheduled free 15-minute phone consultations with a target of two new enquiries per day. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also involves mentoring colleagues and representing the clinic in professional settings such as demonstrations, meetings, and development initiatives.
