About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them manage their hearing health.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, and managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

As a customer-focused professional, you will have excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities

* Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
* Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
* Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
* Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
* Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
* Billing clients correctly and taking a range of payments
* Learn and competently use a range of software and applications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
* A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
* A focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
* An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
