- Mechanical Fitter background
- Fantastic ability to form relationships with customers
- Ability to look at/willingness to learn budgets and boost sales for your regions
- Ability to step in for the Workshop Manager as needed

- Be the friendly face for customers, offering advice and support throughout the rebuilding process
- Keep customers informed about their project's progress and address any concerns
- Help us grow our business by meeting financial targets and increasing sales
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes for future work
