About you: In your new role you will * Comply with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate electronic databases. * Maintain the safety of consumers of the mental health and AOD service by identifying, reporting and mitigating risks as well as proactively contributing to safe work practices in a clinical practice environment. * Proactively participate in the multidisciplinary team and actively promote the services and profile of Access Services within the Hospital and Health Service.
