Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery is recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Storeperson to work at our stunning venue.
The Role
This is a hands-on, autonomous role with responsibility for the receiving, warehousing and distribution of stock and all aspects of warehouse operations.
Your day to day work will cover:
* Responsibility for indoor storage areas and storage sheds with a view to stock rotation.
* Receipt and unloading of all deliveries including containers and placement of stock in our warehouse
* Coordination of how containers are unloaded and how inventory is stored with view to capacity, food safety and OHS requirements.
* Recording all stock movements in / out of warehouses using our IT systems.
* Assisting with goods receipting.
* Supporting other Facilities team members as required.
You will be confident, well organised and an all-rounder with excellent attention to detail and a flexible attitude. You must have some stock management system experience and good computer literacy. Training will be provided for all tasks.
You must have Victorian driver's license and be physically fit and capable of handling fast-paced work
A full-time position with daytime shifts only, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
