The role in one line 
Own the journeys, data, and tools that make marketing and sales flow — from lead nurture through to post-sale support.
What you’ll do 
- Integrations first – Connect Pipedrive, Xero, Mailchimp, Kartra, Google suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush, and SMS tools (Podium/JustCall) into one consistent, reliable funnel.
- Lifecycle journeys – Design and automate email/SMS flows that nurture, educate, and re-engage prospects until they’re sales-ready.
- Custom GPTs – Build and maintain AI assistants to integrate with our website and client platforms for FAQs, lead engagement, and after-sale support.
- Data discipline – Keep UTMs, schema maps, and dedupe rules tight so integrations don’t break and reporting stays clean.
- Reporting as a by-product – Build dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio) that show funnel health, campaign ROI, and sales enablement insights.
What success looks like 
- Nurture flows live and generating warmer, more engaged prospects.
- Website GPTs answering FAQs and capturing leads 24/7.
- Sales feedback of “better prepared, more informed leads.”
- Seamless integration across marketing, sales, finance, and service tools.
- Dashboards adopted weekly by leadership and sales teams.
You’ll bring 
- 3–6+ years in CRM / Lifecycle / Marketing Automation / RevOps.
- Hands-on experience with CRM + ESP integrations (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Kartra).
- Strong automation chops (Zapier/Make/API).
- Experience with Google suite, Elementor, Canva, SEMrush.
- Curiosity and capability to experiment with Custom GPTs and AI tools.
- A track record of designing journeys that lift engagement and conversions.
Bonus points for
- Experience integrating finance systems (Xero) into marketing/sales workflows.
- Background in trades, services, or high-ticket consumer industries.
