Palm Lake Resort Truganina are seeking an efficient and professional Administration Assistant to join their team in a Permanent Part Time position.
Offering 25 hours per week (with flexibility on days) across a Monday to Friday roster.
This role directly supports the Resort Caretakers by providing high-level administrative assistance, ensuring daily operation of the resort's office functions run smoothly, you will be a first point of call for our onsite permanent residents and for general enquires.
This role is office based onsite in the resort.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner;
Answering phone calls and handling inquiries promptly and effectively;
Monitor and maintain email accounts with a view of prioritising, escalating, and distributing general correspondence in a timely manner;
Managing general administrative duties, including coordinating office systems and maintaining confidentiality;
Assist with account management with end of month, invoicing and purchase orders;
Ensuring professionalism in all interactions and maintaining high standards of service;
What We're Looking For:
Relevant experience in an office administrative support role;
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders;
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines independently;
High accuracy and data entry skills;
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when required.
