The role
* Support the delivery of marketing activity, including job advertising, social media, and website content
* Provide structured administrative support that improves consultant productivity, including documentation, coordination, and CRM updates
* Coordinate shared communications and enquiries, ensuring a responsive and professional experience
* Maintain accurate data across systems and assist with system administration and automation workflows
* Support the day-to-day operations of the office, helping create an organised, welcoming, and high-functioning environment
* Support the development and maintenance of internal resources, including training materials and guides, and assist with onboarding new team members
About you
You're someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is keen to build your skills in a role where you can learn and grow. You have an interest in marketing, content, or communications and are excited by the opportunity to get hands‐on experience.
