Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Job Opportunity:
This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a skilled Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance and ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team in navigating complex maintenance environments effectively and develop strategies to improve productivity.
* Oversee electrical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of plant and equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, schedules, and performance metrics.
* Work closely with engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* A current WA 'A' grade electrical licence
* Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work within an hour's drive of Collie
