Production Assistants
* Pay: $37.88/hour + penalties.
* Start Time: 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday roster.
* Support all aspects of meat processing, including scraping meat from bones, mincing, marinating, packing, and assisting machine operations.
* Hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy active work.

Butcher – Portion Cutting Specialist
* Pay: $45.00/hour + penalties.
* Start Time: 4:00 AM, Monday–Friday roster.
* Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat with precision for the production team.
* Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.
