As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility. This includes maintaining confidentiality of all company and resident matters, managing staff training and compliance records, and owning and managing staff rostering and personnel file management.

Additionally, you will reconcile invoices and process timesheets, as well as provide general HR support including assistance in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft office suite proficiency, and well-developed interpersonal skills.
