As a Customer Service Technician Driver, you will see that our clients vary widely, as do our routes from week to week. This role is a great opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic person who is seeking mostly unsupervised work with an interest in a diverse range of tasks including driving, hygiene servicing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing and maintaining washroom products in both male and female bathrooms.
* Collection and transportation of clinical, sharps and hygiene containers
* Refilling soap, air fresheners, and sanitiser products
* Carrying out assigned hygiene and cleaning work to the highest of standards.
* Operating servicing and cleaning tools
* Loading and unloading of your vehicle
* Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure your vehicle is maintained, safe and clean.
* Complete all service paperwork.
* Weighing and recording your vehicle's load weights
* Remain compliant with all policies and procedures including WHS.
Key Requirements:
* 1+ years driving experience.
* Having a manual driver license would be advantageous.
* Hold a valid Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record
* Strong Customer Focus
* You are smart phone savvy
* Ability to work independently, within a close-knit team environment.
* Safe manual handling skills
* Hard-working, punctual, and reliable
