Residential House Supervisor and Residential Support Workers (Part-time roles)

Lifely are seeking a dedicated, passionate and committed Residential House Supervisor and Residential Support Workers who would provide direct care to Supported Independent Living(SIL)Participants in Bendigo. The successful candidates will be part of a team providing 24/7 individual support and care to our participants, contributing to a person-centredcare model that goes above and beyond. Every day you will be making a positive difference and building a relationship with our Participants.

Availability Required
Availability is required for at least 4 days during the week/weekend from 3pm until 10pm with at least 2 of these days requiring overnight shifts (non-active) from 3pm until at least 9am the following morning.

As the Residential House Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the coordination of day-to-day care of residents following their individual care plans. The position will be responsible for providing thorough leadership, support and supervision to a dedicated team of Residential Support Workers. The supervisor will also participate in team planning, scheduling work programmes, and liaising with families and carers, and with other services and programmes.
This position also assists in the development and implementation of resident care plans, along with overseeing the management of household cash management, ensuring appropriate records are maintained. Leadership skills and experience to lead and maintain a dynamic team to achieve effective results are required along with efficiency in the use of technology and administration experience, including ensuring finance and appropriate records are maintained.
Hourly rate is paid as per the SCHADS Award Classifications (Level 3.1) commencing at $38.65 per hour.
Residential Support Workers
Residential Support Workers assist in the implementation of resident care plans, the planning, cooking or preparation of the full range of meals under limited supervision either individual or as part of a team. This position also implements participants skills and activities programs and supervises or provides a wide range of personal care services to residents. Transporting Participants, monitoring their general health and wellbeing and monitoring prescribed medication are all the many responsibilities of a Residential Support Worker.
Hourly rate is paid as per the SCHADS Award Classifications (Level 2.1) commencing at $34.58 per hour.
