Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to support the delivery of the new Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES).
As a result of this new and exciting program starting, we require multiple roles to deliver support and engage with job seekers, employers and our local communities.
About Us
Laynhapuy Homelands Aboriginal Corporation (Laynha) is a not-for-profit organisation that has supported 30 homeland communities in East Arnhem Land for over 40 years. We deliver essential services including healthcare, aged care, housing, community services, and land and sea management.
About the RAES Program
RAES is a federally funded initiative delivered by Laynhapuy across Arnhem Land. It is centred around a flexible, strengths-based approach to remote employment, guided by community priorities. The program supports local job seekers in building skills, overcoming barriers, and transitioning into meaningful and sustainable employment.

* Training Coordinator
* Job Placement Support Officer
* Case Workers
These roles are ideal for people who are passionate about supporting employment and training outcomes in remote communities and who enjoy working closely with Aboriginal job seekers to help create positive change.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or the ability to obtain).
* A current open Driver's Licence.
* Experience working with Indigenous communities.
* Previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Training or education
* Employment services
* Community services or support work
* Youth work or mentoring
