Find out more: About the Director Role As a Director, you will work alongside a progressive and transformational Board to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and champion innovation.
You will contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.
In this role, you will:
• Apply Intereach's values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
• Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
• Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
• Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
• Influence and develop policy to strengthen community outcomes A generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
What You Will Bring
• Previous experience as a Board Director, Chair, or Deputy Chair
• Strong strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills
• A strong connection to regional and rural communities in Australia
• Sector expertise in aged care, disability, or children's services
