The Role: 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their building including high occupancy, revenue, and retention; fostering a connected community of members; maintaining a high standard of building presentation and engaging and developing their team. 
Responsibilities 
Facilities Management, ensuring the building is fully operational 
Resolving all maintenance issues 
Coordinating cleaners to ensure the highest stand is upheld at all times 
Monitor stock levels and inventories 
Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, such as building practitioners, IT professionals, and vendors, as necessary to manage projects effectively. 
Consistently provide excellent customer service by welcoming and greeting guests, visitors, and members from the front desk. 
Have a thorough understanding of all members and companies and drive initiatives to support each company’s growth 
Occupancy Sales and Retention 
Foster team development through informal training, mentorship, and guidance to promote internal growth. 
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to Community Leads, Associates, and day cleaners. 
Assist the State Community Manager in training new staff members. 
Ensure compliance with WHS standards. Communicate and educate members and team members to ensure a protected environment. 
What we need from you 
1.5+ years’ experience within the Versatile Workspace environment or Hospitality Management. 
A genuine passion for managing member relationships and the ability to analyse, develop and cultivate new business with existing members and build rapport. 
The ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions-focused 
A solid sales focus, with a proven track record in current sales. 
Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 
Proven ability to manage a team and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
