Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end application of ITSM process.
- Participate in Continuous Process Improvement.
- Assist the Delivery teams in the operation of the ITSM process.
- Analyze trends and contribute to the preparation of service improvement plans.
- Monitor and report on Service Improvement Plan elements.
- Build ITSM compliant service management process knowledge.
- Maintain and update process documentation.
- Assist in generating and presenting defined reports related to Service Management on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
- Assist with generation of trend analysis reports as defined for the account.
- Work closely with Delivery units for Service Improvement activities.
- Attend Regional or Vertical Service Management Community of Practice meetings.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or related field preferred.
- Zero or more years of experience in technical support or engineering.
- Experience working with Docker, Python, Ansible, AWS, Bash.
