Key Responsibilities:
* Advocating for associates' interests and building relationships across diverse teams.
* Partnering with Site Leaders on positive associate experience initiatives.
* Designing employee relations programs tailored to business needs.
* Analysing multiple levels of associate feedback and identifying potential issues before they become problems.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in employee relations, labour relations, or law* MS Office skills* Ability to adapt global tools to regional environments ----------------------------------- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, prioritising tasks effectively communicating clearly inspiring others. This role involves around 50% travel so regular mobility would be beneficial but not required at all times.
